I love these updates!!! Thank you David, for sharing with us. Every time I read one I cry for the suffering and for the joy of how dedicated these people are to easing the suffering of so many, and with so little. The pictures speak of love, the kind you feel, but it doesn’t really have words to adequately describe the feelings of love at the level of spirit. My heart is full of hope for this world. There are many ways to measure success. This to me is success. Blessings to all,

with loving awareness to all beings.

Thank you for making this update shareable. I posted it to my personal Facebook page as well as the Heritage Humane Society's Auxiliary and Volunteer pages. I serve as President of the Auxiliary which is the fundraising and community advocacy arm of the HHS board. When I read these updates concrening animal welfare work abroad, I am reminded yet again that we are all one.💜🙏🏻🧘🏻‍♀️

Thank you for sharing! I love these updates. They are so heart warming and uplifting. A real bright spot in my day, our lives and the universial energy we all draw upon.

P.S. Couldn't help thinking of HRH when reading about William and his rescue mates... a storyline in the making?!

Dear David. Thanks for posting this letter. It is, all at the same time, wonderfully uplifting, humbling (how do these people fit so much into a day/week!), moving and reassuring that there as such lovely people in the world. Plus you don't have to write it! A win / win, lol. Thanks-you for allowing us to help in some small way. I was just looking at an old post where you had had a crappy week thanks to Amazon, book launches gone awry and snaky comments. But the elephant video was much more soothing. The rest of the stuff is just chaff, as you pointed out. So go and enjoy the rest of the week with a clear conscience. Big hugs to you and Koala, Chris.

Oh how beautiful is this! Thanks , David, for sharing this latest Twala update with all of us. Looking at the pictures of those kittens and monkeys,, just brought home again the truth that when we have not been pre-programmed by our “elders”, culture, etc., we find it easy to love everyone! These people are doing amazing work there, and you are to be thanked for connecting all of us to this special place. Thank you ! Oh how I would love to just be there to experience the acceptance and compassion at Twala!
