Thank you David for a beautiful gift wrapped in the guise of a short story. I truly enjoyed your narration and didn't pick up on any of the background sounds. I found the story of Lobsang's journey, from the young aspirant to novice monk, from whose eyes the scales of superstitious belief fell away from the deep insights and realisations of his study and practice insightful and encouraging. The story is a masterful use of metaphor and I'm very grateful to you for sharing it with your audience.
