Dear Subscribers,

I am delighted to invite you to relax, recharge and (re-) awaken your creative energies with me next April. The wonderful Vivi Letsou and her team at Zen Rocks Retreat Center in Mani, Greece, have kindly invited me to lead this Spring Renewal experience.

Each day will offer a gentle combination of yoga stretching, guided meditations, and opportunities to explore your creativity. I will share my own creative journey, with a focus on how meditation can shift us into a state where we optimise our clarity, coherence and creativity.

Whatever form your creative expression takes – writing, art, movement - there will be personal time for exploration. If, like me, you are a writer, a special treat is that we’ll be joined by my literary agent, Monica Meehan, who has introduced my work to the world, and is a wise and generous adviser.

From our sanctuary at Zen Rocks we can explore the nearby coast of a region rich in history, and stunning natural beauty, the home of famous writers Patrick Leigh Fermor, Nikos Kazantzakis and featured in the 2013 movie Before Midnight.

Costs including all meals range from €1,390 to €3,950 depending on your choice of accommodation.
